The Colorado Department of Education, which administers the
Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, WIA Title II, and the
Colorado Community College System that administers the
Vocational and Technical Education Programs under Carl Perkins,
are partners and sub grantees of this application
The State of Colorado exceeded its workforce and educational
performance measurements and is eligible for Workforce
Investment Act (WIA) Section 503 Incentive Grant funds. The
partners submitting this application, WIA Title I, the Adult
Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA), and the Carl Perkins
Vocational and Technical Education Act (Perkins Act) assure that
state levels of performance were exceeded for Program Year 2003
(Please see Attachment 5).
